The Chimayo Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- Ice cubes 1 ½ measures tequila
- ½ measure lime juice
- 2/1 measure apple juice
- 1 apple wedge
Method:
- Place the ice cubes in a cocktail shaker
- Add the apple juice, lime juice and tequila
- Shake vigorously to blend all the ingredients
- Strain into an old fashioned cocktail glass filled with ice
- Garnish with the apple wedge
The Doralto Cocktail Recipe

- 1 ½ measures tequila
- ½ measure lemon juice
- ½ teaspoons castor sugar
- 1 dash bitters
- 4 measures tonic water
- 1 lime slice
Method:

- Pour in lemon juice, dash of bitters and tequila
- Add the sugar
- Shake vigorously until the sugar is properly dissolved into the liquid

- 2 measures tequila
- 1 ½ measures lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon clear honey
- 1 orange slice
Method:
- Half-fill a shaker with ice cubes
- Pour in the lemon juice, honey and tequila
- Shake vigorously
- Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice cubes
- Garnish with the orange slice.
Fruits of the Desert Cocktail Recipe
Continuing with the fruity feel, the Fruits of the Desert cocktail showcases the deliciously friendly flavours of orange juice and orange triple sec liqueur which works extremely well together.
Ingredients:
- Ice cubes
- 1 ½ measures tequila
- ½ measure triple sec or Cointreau
- 2 measures grapefruit juice
- 1 teaspoon castor suger
- 1 maraschino sugar
Method:
- Half-fill the shaker with ice cubes
- Pour in the grapefruit juice, triple sec or Cointreau, and tequila then add the sugar
- Shake well and strain into an old-fashioned glass half-filled with ice
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry
